Corrected internal storage of location elevation to stop rounding errors

Re-enabled old HTTP download code from build - added option to enble/disable old HTTP method in the proxy setup under "Comms" tab. This should ONLY affect users working through authenticated proxies. If you do need to enable this option, please let me know as I would like to correct the updated method to work.

Improved today screen startup

Added first attempt at system notification/alerts. For the moment only PW version updates and major earthquake alerts are enabled.

バグFix＆マイナーアップデートという感じでしょうか。

Spbシリーズか、PocketBreezeシリーズ等の高機能Todayプラグインに、最近かなり惹かれてます。。ただクレードルやら書籍やらの購入で、現在貧乏真っ盛り(+_+;。早く月末こ〜い・・何やらかんやらで、すぐ無くなっちゃいますがorz
