Jpanese pickles pickle vegetables in the salted rice-bran paste which was made to do lactic fermentation of rice bran.

A cucumber / a carrot / a radish / an eggplant.etc.

Our Nukazuke is Tack's original rice-bran paste. It's very delicious!

Almost every Japanese puts on the dining table it.
