Nearly over slept!!! Have to be careful. Getting used to the environment in the office. I looked through all the projects with which I am engaged. The office doesn't want me to work as assistant, but as an architect who can do the job by own. In other word, stand by myself in the office. So today, I discussed the design and the technical details about one part I been designing in the project with company. i have to behave, or pretend that I've been working here for long time. 30 minutes of talking on the phone makes me exhausted. 80% I could understand what he want to say essentially, 10% bit difficult to understand technical terms, and another 10% personally he spoke very fast, and have bit of accent from the north,,, probably. Well, but if I understood mostly, thats ok, thats what my boss said to me today : ) I have to ask 3 other companies to make quotes. 19:00 going home, and start to eat my curry dinner.
寝坊しかけて、危ない危ない。徐々に慣れてきた事務所環境。自分の関与しているプロジェクトも何となく全体を概観した。慣れたといえば慣れてきた。そして事務所はいつまでアシスタント的に働いてもらいたくないようで、自分で動いて欲しいようだ。ということで業者との電話、打合せなどプロジェクトの進行状況を見て自分でやることとなった。あたかも今まで事務所で働いていたかのように振る舞う。ガレージのゲートデザインと機械化の打合せを、技術者と。英語がきついのに、まだ。電話に３０分耐えるのは結構疲れる。まず８０％大方相手の言いたい事はわかる、１０％技術用語で解らない、１０％個人的に早口、それと言葉の訛りが入っていて解らない。まあ大半の修正箇所と新しく付け加える事がわかったから、おっけい、でいいとボスが言ってくれた。これから３社に見積もりとって比較検討する。１９時終わり、家帰って残りのカレーに着手です。
