今の心境

I've finally finished cleaning up!!!
I'm terribly sorry for the prolonged mess I've made of the lab.

Here are the cleanup details:

• samples: I threw away everything except the water samples which Dr. M and Aunnop will use
• set of drawers under the table: I removed all my stuff and cleaned it
• all my equipment: I put them in a plastic grocery basket on the desk.

the set of drawers will become "Takizawa-lab common".
I placed all the Eppendorf multipette things in it, and have labeled
the drawers likewise.
It might be just me, but I think the combitips 10mL, 25mL, and
50mL will be the most popular tips.
Some tips are almost gone now, so please order more if you need them.

At first, it's a little hard to know which tip to use.
For example, when I want to pipette 20mL into a lot of beakers,
I use the 50mL combitip.
I set the dial to "10mL" per one push, and pipette 10mL twice.
I know this sounds weird, but you will get the hang of
choosing tips after you've tried several kinds.

(a note of warning: today I found a measuring flask full of
liquid on the desk.Please do not keep anything in a measuring
flask for a long period!!　The accuracy of the flask will be
destroyed! If you would like to keep some liquid in a container,
please use the screw-cap bottles!)

I think I'll still keep coming to the University for a while,
but with bigger intervalls in between.
So I'd just like to say thank you to everyone in the greatest lab
in the world!
I really appreciate everything that I recieved from you guys.
Your support and invigorating discussions meant the world.
Now that I've started working, I wish I'd done a lot of things
differently in my master's...
But anyway, I'll try to stay positive and international-minded,
so if you ever see me anywhere, please invite me out for a cup of tea!

やっと掃除＆引継ぎが終わりました〜！
ずっと汚くてすみませんでした…。

片付け内容はこんな感じです：

• サンプル：Dr.Mとアノップが使う水サンプル以外は捨てました
• 机下のプラスチック引き出し：入っていたものを片付けてキレイにしました
• 電極等、機材：机の上の買い物カゴに入れました

このプラスチックの引き出しは滝沢研コモンにして、Eppendorf multipetteのチップ入れにしました。
引き出しにラベル貼っておいたので分かると思いますが、容量ごとに分かれています。
各チップの残量をホワイトボードマーカーで記入しておいたので、引き続き記録をお願いします。
たぶん10mL, 25mL, 50mLのチップを一番使うんじゃないかなーと思います。私だけかもしれませんが。
元々ほとんどなかったチップも多いので、使う方は注文してください。

このピペットを最初に使うとき、どのチップを装着すれば良いか戸惑うと思います。
一定量を数多くの容器に入れたいときなど、このピペットは大活躍するのですが、
たとえばの話。20mLずつピペットしたいとき。
50mLのチップを装着して、一回の分注量を10mLにダイアルで設定します。
それで二回押してあげればいいのです。
…分かりにくいですね。
まあ、習うより慣れろ、です。

（ちなみに、（元・私の）机の上に液体の入りラベルのないメスフラスコが放置されています。
どなたか分かりませんが、メスフラスコに液体を入れたまま放置しないで下さい！精度が落ちます。
保存にはねじ口ビンを使用して下さい。）

今後もたまには顔を出しに来ると思います。が、頻度は低いはずなので…
