In this trip, we were able to deliver the relief suppliers to Fukushima, Miyagi and Iwate.

When driving along the coast where was struck by the tsunami, it made us realize once again how severe the damage is.

If we liken the Japanese archipelago to a human body, it wouldn't be an overstatement to say that the left arm was lost by the tsunami and earthquake, and the nuclear accident has caused cancer in the body.

The victims in Tohoku have been trying to overcome the difficulties by staying together and keeping a bright attitude. But now in the third month of the tragedy, maybe because the tense inside them has gone, they looked rather tired than before.

Details of the locations and relief supplies we delivered this time.

They couldn't forget about the tsunami until recently, and by the changing of environment, they had finally got back the impishness, the grandma told us.

They are the local team who are busy working on delivering supplies to the rest 54 families, cheerfully and brightly.

The daughter's house has been washed away, so the whole family is now living in grandma's house.

The daughter goes to the evacuation center and help cooking every day. It looks like the brightness of grandma is encouraging everyone.

Among all the places we have visited this time, Kesennuma showed least improvement.

They told me that they were a bit relieved because of having moved to the temporary house and being able to secure some private.

The sister was swept along by the waves for about 1 km. She told us that it felt like she was watching herself spinning around in the water from somewhere above, and that she felt so embarrassed with herself at the time.

She also told us that there were a lot of people who had the same experience of watching themselves as a third person.

And as the brother has a weak sight, he had been struggling to hold on a pole, bobbing up and down in the water and managed not to be washed away.

None of them could win the draw for temporary housing; their living condition has remained unchanged since last time we visited here.

It seems that Ishinomaki is the hardest place to win the draw for temporary housing.

A married couple we met in Fukushima city.

They are planning a concert of Nataliya Gudziy in Fukushima city.

Nataliya Gudziy is a musician who was exposed to radiation somewhere 2 km from Chernobyl of Ukraine. She is currently holding concerts around the country in order to help evacuating the children from Fukushima prefecture.

My impression about this trip

Relief goods in the evacuation centers seemed to be enough for the people living there. However, for those who have moved into the temporary housing and those who manage to live in their partially destroyed houses, the supplies including food, daily necessities are in shortage. People love the land where they were born and had spent most of their lives. I felt it would be difficult for us strangers to convince them to leave and go live in somewhere else.

Now people in Japan and in the whole world are focusing on Fukushima, but not the victims of tsunami and earthquake. This worries the victims a lot that the support for them may only for the beginning and won't be carried on in the future.

Also there are a lot of children there who have closed their hearts to others because of the lost of their friends and parents.

I think that psychological care for children is a very important issue in the future.

Temporary housing is like an apartment room, where a college student would live, with refrigerator, air condition, washing machine, TV, etc. Actually it's not as bad as I had thought.

However, once people move to the temporary housing, they will get 20 kg of rice as the last support and lose all the ongoing support including the supply of food and daily necessities. For this reason, a lot people who have lost their income sources have to give up the temporary housing and remain in the evacuation center.

After moving to the temporary housing, if they can get some minimum allowance every month until they find jobs and get everything back to track, the problem will be eased. All the provinces including cities and prefectures have their own fund for emergency use. I think it is imperative to pass the fund as allowance to people who move to the temporary housing.

I also strongly felt that individual care is needed because everyone we met had different difficulties.

Fukushima was filled with heavy atmosphere, which was something different with tsunami and earthquake.

We visited a kindergarten here.

The principal was having a headache about the situation. "The radiation dose inside is quite high but still in the safe limit, but when we move the Geiger counter to the outside playground, puddle under the slides, wet places, and plants, the alarm will go off immediately with a reading higher than 3.0uSv/h."

Because it's the third month since the Fukushima nuclear accident occurred, children here don't wear masks anymore.

The city of Fukushima is taking measures to reduce the radiation by removing top soil from the playgrounds in schools and kindergartens. Meanwhile, radiation keeps leaking from reactors, it looks to me that they are doing a vicious circle.

If they have the budget for removing soil, why don't use that budget to make offers to convince the parents who are still living in Fukushima with their children to move out to a safer place? I really wish the government can use their budget wisely. It's not too late; we can still help many children.

As 7Nature Usagi Team, we will continue to make efforts to transfer children as many as we can to a safer location by this summer.

つながるみなさまへ

今回は福島ー宮城ー岩手に救援物資を届けてきました。

津波に遭った沿岸を走って行くと、被害の大きさを改めて実感しました。

日本列島を一つの体として、例えるならば、津波と地震で左腕を失い、福島の原発事故で

癌になってしまったと言っても、過言ではないくらいの打撃です。

東北の被災者達は、みなでつながり合いこの境遇を明るさを保ちながら、越えて行くと

いう気が満ちあふれていましたが、さすがに三ヶ月目に入り、今まで気を張ってきた糸が

緩んできて、疲れが出てきているのを感じました。

仙台の市営住宅に東松島から避難したこども、つい最近まで

津波の事が忘れられず困っていたが、環境が変わり

少しずつ、わんぱくさを取り戻してきたとおばあちゃんが話してくれた。

Team 南三陸のみなさん　残った５４件の家を回り問題解決

に奔走する地元のTeam とても明るい。

岩手県山田町吉里吉里のご家族

娘さんの家が流され、おばあちゃんの家で皆で暮らしている。

娘さんは毎日避難所で炊き出しを作っている。おばあちゃんの

明るさが皆を励ましているようだ。

気仙沼は今回廻った中でも、一番まだ状況が改善していない様子だった。

岩手県大槌町のご兄弟

仮設住宅に移り、自分達のプライベートが確保できるようになって、少しホッとしていると話してくれました。

妹さんは、津波が来て、1km程流され、ぐるぐると回っている自分をもう一人の自分が上から見ていて、なんとも恥ずかしい気持ちで一杯だったと話してくれた。

他にも同じような自分が第三者として自分を見ている体験をされた方がたくさんいたと言っていました。

お兄さんの方は、眼が不自由な為にひたすらにポールにしがみつき、上がったり下がったりしていましたと話してくれました。

仮設住宅の抽選も当たらず、状況は前と全く変わっていないそうです。

石巻の仮設住宅の抽選が一番厳しいようです。

福島市内でお会いしたご夫婦。

ナターシャ•グジーさん（ウクライナのチェルノブイリから２kmの

ところで被ばくされた音楽家で、こどもを福島から避難させる為にコンサートを

あちこちで開催）このご夫婦が福島市内でのナターシャサンのコンサートを計画中

福島の幼稚園で遊ぶこども達、もちろん外で遊ぶ事はできない。

今後室内だけで、どれだけ健康状態を正常に保っていれるのかを

とても心配に感じた。

今回感じた事まとめ

避難所での救援物資は足りてきているようですが、やはり仮設住宅に移った方、半壊して

二階だけをなんとか住めるくらいまで、直して住んでいる方達は、まだまだ必要な食料、日用品その他のものが、足りていないというのが現実でした。

みな生まれた土地をほんとに大切に感じていて、この土地から離れて違う場所に住む事を

説得するには、外からの遠隔ではできないと感じました。

また津波や地震の被害に遭った方達は、日本中、世界中が福島に注目していて、私たちへのサポートは、はじめだけでこの先の事をとても不安に感じていました。

またたくさんのこども達が友人や両親を失い、こころを閉じてしまっています。

このこども達への心のケアも、これからとても重要であると感じました。

仮設住宅は、大学生が始めて家を借りるようなOne Roomのイメージで、冷蔵庫、クーラー、洗濯機、テレビ等が備え付けられ、思ったよりは悪くはない条件でした。

ただ、仮設住宅に移ると米２０kgを最後に救援物資が止まってしまうという理由から、収入源を失ってしまった方達が、ほぼ避難所であれば、食料と日用品だけは確実に入るという事で、仮設住宅に移る事をあきらめて、避難所に残る方がたくさんいました。

仮設住宅に移り、仕事が見つかり軌道に乗るまで、せめてものお金を月々援助していく

ことで、だいぶこの問題は緩和されると思うのですが、町や市や県にも緊急時用のお金は

あると思うので、そのお金をなんとか仮設住宅に移って行く人達に渡して行く事は、必須であると感じました。

また、出会う人達で、それぞれ異なる条件で厳しい境遇にあるので、できる限りの個別のケアが必要であると痛感しました。

福島は、津波と地震の被害とは別の重い空気が充満していました。

ここでは、幼稚園を訪ねました。

園長先生も頭を抱えていました。室内の線量は、高いがまだ大丈夫であると感じましたが

こども遊び場、滑り台の下の水たまりや、湿った場所、植物等のそばにガイガーカウンターを近づけるとあっという間に3.0uSv/hを越えて、警報がなりました。

福島原発の事故が起きて三ヶ月目、こども達もすでにマスクをつけていません。

福島市は、学校や幼稚園の校庭の土を掻いて、線量を減らす策を取っているようですが、今現在も放射能が、漏れ続け、いたちごっこをしているかのように感じました。

土を掻く事に多大な予算を使うのであれば、一日も早く福島県内に残るたくさんのこども達の両親をいかに説得し、納得した条件の下に疎開、避難をさせるか？という事にお金を使って欲しいと思います。いまであればまだ、たくさんのこども達を助ける事ができます。

夏までになんとか、たくさんのこども達を安全な場所に移動させる事を目的に7Nature Usagi Teamも活動して行きたいと思っています。

7Nature Usagi こども救援Teamは、今後も長期に渡り、支援活動を続けて行きます。

7 NATURE USAGI Japan Kids Relief Action Report & Request Miyagi(Sendai seaport-Watari)

Dear Friends in Japan and throughout the world.

7 Nature Usagi Kids Relief Assistance Team have delivered the relief supplies donated from Miyagi-Sendai Port-Watari and held the Earth Kids Workshop in the evacuation center of Okuma Elementary School. We presented the messages written on a 10-meter cloth by children from eastern and western Japan to people in the evacuation center, and received another 10-meter massage from them to everyone in the country. When I visited the evacuation center and areas that had been affected by tsunami, what I felt most strongly was that the supplies were not enough. A lot of supplies were delivered at first and it seemed that many areas had once put a STOP to the supplies. Then medias turned their focus to Fukushima, and no continuous information has been provided since then, resulting in the necessary supplies being kept out. When I talked with people who have been affected by the disaster, they said they wished people, even just curious onlookers, can come to the area and look at the actual state by themselves. The area that has been destroyed by tsunami is in eastern Japan, about 500 km long and 2 to 3 km wide. Even everyone in Japan came to help, it wouldn't be enough. I felt that a support system with a long span of around 5 to 10 years is essential for the recovery. Children in the evacuation center were so energetic that I felt that we are the one who got encouraged.

日本そして世界へ　ホピ族からのメッセージ

ホピは今、バランスを失ったこの私たちの世界で危機に直面した日本の人々のために、そして世界の人々のために祈っている。

われわれは現在、みな母なる地球の大きな変化の時のなかにおり、今起きていることはすでにわれわれのエルダーによって以前から予言されていた。われわれの予言も、われわれの儀式も、地球のわれわれの聖なる大地が泣いていることを伝えている。そしてわれわれの子供たちは、彼らの未来のためにホピがバランスを回復してくれることを求めはじめた。

Aichi Triennale2010より、一ヶ月ぶりに戻りました。

ただいま！ブログを書くのが久しぶりです。

昨日一ヶ月ぶりにAichi Triennale2010より戻りました。

名古屋はやはり暑かった。栄では、突然目の前で若者が熱中症で倒れて

救急車を呼び止める程でした。

さて、Oak-to-all-relationsのナタリヤ•リボヴィッチ＋藤田　央もウサギを引き連れ、長者町会場ー吉田商事で"Everyone is an Earthist"を展示続行中です。

８月２０日に始まったAichi Triennale2010。

私たちの会場には始まってから、今日までで７０３１人が展示を見にきてくれ、会場に敷かれた段ボールに自分の夢やら、地球へのメッセージやらかなり時間をかけて本気で描いたドローイングやらで溢れかえっています。会場に来て、メッセージを残してくれたみなさんありがとう。この無数の段ボールは無駄にはしません。ヨーロッパに来年、連れて行きます。

今回の展示のタイトル"Everyone is an Earthist"

のには、全ての人は地球人であり、本当の地球人にはart(創造力）不可欠であり、想像する力が壊れかけた地球を調和のある状態に戻していくというメッセージが込められています。

長者町会場の真ん中に位置し、ガラス張りで長者町の展示会場としては、数少ないクーラーが効いて、涼しい場所でもあり、もちろん展示も楽しいので、ひっきりなしに人が訪れています。

Aichi Triennale2010では、愛知芸術文化センター、名古屋市美術館、長者町会場、納屋橋会場 ※その他、名古屋城、オアシス21、中央広小路ビル、七ツ寺共同スタジオ等、いろいろな会場があり、都市の祝祭 Arts and Citiesをテーマに、国内外 130 組以上のアーティスト・団体が参加 しています。そこにOak-to-all-relationsもナタリヤ•リボヴィッチ＋藤田　央も参加しているのです。

Mikura Island Mikura Dolphin

先週末に御蔵島にいってきました。

御蔵島は東京より南に２００km、三宅島と八丈島の間にある

島民２００人の小さい島。

この島は崖に囲まれ、人が入りにくく嘘のような太古の自然が

そのまま残っている島でした。

島の周りに棲む野生のバンドウイルカ達に遭遇しました。

イルカのナチュラルエレクトロニックサウンドが心地よく水中に響き渡り

イルカの泳ぎと眼を見ていると、このままイルカの後をどこまでも

追いかけていきそうになりました。

この写真は使い捨て水中カメラで撮影したものです。

うれしたまげた。

Water Powered Car-水のみで走るエンジン

このニュースの中で発明者のスタンレー・マイヤーは、このバギーで２２ガロン（８３．６L)の水があれば　

ロスアンジェルスからニューヨークまで走行できると言っています。

LAとNYの距離は、大体２７８０マイル（４４４８Kｍ）です。　

１ガロン当たりの走行距離は　１２６．３６マイルになります。

これは１リットル当たりの走行距離に直すと　５３．２Kmになります。

このような技術を使えば、地球温暖化をくい止めるのに急速に役立つと思うのですが。。。。

YES / NO DENKMAL POSTER IN POTSDAMスタート

７月９日の開会式を皮切りにいよいよYES / NO DENKMAL POSTER　３０枚を乗せてポツダム駅より電車が走り始めました。

ポツダム市長のヤン•ヤコブさんからの挨拶があり、続いて緑の党のウベ•フローリッヒさん、被爆の体験をされている今回の発起人でもあるベルリン在住の外林　秀人さんのお話がありたくさんのメディア関係者が集う中電車がスタートしました。

全３０枚のポスターに共通して描かれている赤のキノコ雲とそれをひっくり返した水の瓶のイメージは作家　黒田征太郎さんが描かれたイメージで、自由にのびるラインのイメージはユーゴスラビア出身のビジュアルメディアアーティストのNatalija Ribovic/ナタリヤ•リボヴィッチによって描かれています。

スタンプにて押されている*IM GEDANKEN AN DIE OPFER*というのは過去におこった悲劇と被害者の事を決して忘れてはいけないという意味で*DENKMAL YES!*というのはメモリアル記念碑建立にYESという意味です。

ポツダム市中を２ヶ月間走り回り、キャンペーンを行いポツダム市にあるアメリカ大統領のトルーマンが滞在し、１９４５年の７月の終わりに原爆投下の決定を下した場所といわれる、その目の前のHiroshima Platzという広場にメモリアル記念碑を建立するために募金を募っていきます。

YES / NO DENKMAL POSTER IN POTSDAM

ドイツ-ポツダム市の湖のほとりに１９４５年７月１５日〜８月頭まで

アメリカ大統領のトルーマンが滞在していた家があり、その目の前にHiroshima Platzという広場があります。

ドイツの緑の党が中心となって、この場所に広島の記憶を留めておく記念碑を建てようという動きがあり、これを応援する為に黒田征太郎さんとナタリヤ•リボヴィッチと私で　*DENKMAL YES!*(メモリアル記念碑　YES!)というオリジナルポスターを３０枚製作し送ったところ、このたび７月９日から９月１日までの２ヶ月間、ポツダム市の路面電車と市バスにてMobil Gallery（動くギャラリー）としてポスターが展示される事になりました。

この電車はポツダム駅よりHiroshima Platzを往復して記憶を留める記念碑建立のためのキャンペーンを行います。

７月９日の１時のオープニングにはポツダム市長も来られ、この動きを応援する挨拶が行われます。

Zu den wichtigsten und die Zeit nach dem zweiten Weltkrieg äußerst nachhaltig beeinflussenden Ereignissen am Ende dieses Krieges gehörten die Abwürfe der Atombomben auf die japanischen Städte Hiroshima und Nagasaki, die mehrere hunderttausend Opfer zur Folge hatten. Den Befehl zum Abwurf der beiden Atombomben erteilte der Präsident der Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika, Harry S. Truman, sehr wahrscheinlich am Rande der Potsdamer Konferenz in Babelsberg.

Wegen der zahlreichen unschuldigen Opfer in Hiroshima und Nagasaki, aber auch wegen des Beginns der Konfrontation zwischen den einstigen Alliierten, die zum Kalten Krieg führte, soll an den Ort erinnert werden, von dem der Befehl zum Atombombenabwurf ausgegangen ist.

Der Verein, Hiroshima-Platz Potsdam e.V, hat den Zweck zur Errichtung einer Gedenkstätte auf dem Hiroshima-Platz

in Potsdam gegenüber Truman Villa, die Erhaltung der Gedenkstätte sowie die Pflege des Gedenkens an die Opfer

der Atombombenabwürfe auf Hiroshima und Nagasaki.

Der Zweck des Vereins wird insbesondere verwirklicht durch die Konzipierung der Gedenkstätte, durch die Einwerbung von Spenden zur Errichtung der Gedenkstätte und durch ihre endgültige Fertigstellung und Pflege.

Vom Verein werden Veranstaltungen zur Erinnerung an den Abwurf der Atombomben auf Hiroshima und Nagasaki vorbereitet und durchgeführt. Der Verein befindet sich in Gründung.

Das internationale Kunstprojekt PIKADON und die YES NO Denkmal Poster

Die Überlebenden von Hiroshima nennen die Atombombe Pikadon. Pika" bedeutet Blitz und Licht, Don" ein lautes Geräusch oder Knall. In anderen Sprachen wird Atombombe mit etwas Schrecklichem assoziiert, aber das Wort Pikadon beinhaltet keinerlei Hass, Wut oder Traurigkeit. In diesem Sinne ist das Ziel der Gruppe Pikadon nicht nur gegen einen Atomkrieg zu agieren, sondern einen Ausdruck für Kommunikation im 21. Jahrhundert zu schaffen, der Grenzen überschreitet.

Die YES NO Denkmal Poster" sind eine Serie von gemeinschaftlichen Produktionen, welche die Bereicherung des Lebens

frei von Vorurteilen, Dogmen und Grenzen hervorheben und den Mensch zum mitdenken einladen. Die Poster Kollaboration zwischen Kuroda & Ribovic & Fujita ist als eine Einladung zu einem Spendenaufruf für den Gedenkort Hiroshima-Platz in Potsdam gedacht.

Seitaro Kuroda: Bildender Künstler, geboren 1939 in Osaka, Japan.

Seit den späten 60ern ist er einer der einflussreichsten Künstler und Illustratoren Japans.

Natalija Ribovic: Visuell Medien Kuenstlerin, geboren 1976 in Novi Sad, Jugoslawien. Sie lebt in Japan und Deutschland, bewegt sich zwischen verschiedenen Kunstdialogen Tokyo und Europa.

Toru Fujita: Bildender Künstler, geboren 1972 in Tokyo, Japan. Er ist Gründer von OAK -to all relations-",

der kulturellen Kunstplattform Tokyo-Berlin und koordiniert die Verbindung zwischen Tokyo und Europa.

Das Target-Projekt

Premiere in New York

New York - Nach dem wir gestern roten Duschvorhang gekauft, versucht haben Kittel aus einem Krankenhaus zu leihen und Infomaterial zusammengestellt haben, trafen wir uns heute auf dem Times Square um die New Yorker wachzurütteln. Auf einer Verkehrsinsel, rechtzeitig zur lunch hour, legten wir ein großes rotes Target-Kreuz aus. Auf einer großen Karte von Manhattan war das Ausmaß der Zerstörung eingezeichnet, das im Falle eines Atombombenabwurfes auf das Target-Kreuz resultieren würde.

Während hilfsbereite IPPNW-Ärzte das Poster hielten, versuchten wir vier in Kittel gekleidete NWIP-Studenten Passanten durch Gespräche auf die ständige Gefahr durch Atomwaffen aufmerksam zu machen. Auf zwei Handouts waren noch mal die wichtigsten Informationen zu medizinischen Folgen von Atomwaffen, Adressen zum weiter Lesen sowie IPPNW-Kontakt Adressen zusammengestellt.

Nach dem wir uns an unsere Rolle gewöhnt hatten, gelang es uns einige ausführliche und gute Gespräche zu führen.

Bei unserer Nachbesprechung tauschten wir besonders interessante Gespräche und Begegnungen aus und sammelten

Ideen und Tipps für zukünftige Target Projekte.

Insgesamt hat es uns Spaß gemacht, in zwei Stunden haben wir mit ca. 100 Leuten gesprochen und es war eine

willkommene Abwechslung zur ernüchternden (diplomatischen) Zurückhaltung der Sprecher, die wir schon in der Generalversammlung gehört hatten. Da wir jetzt mit allem Nötigem ausgestattet sind, werden wir morgen gleich

noch mal losziehen...
