昼間すこし晴れ
外に出ると、まだまだ寒い。
↑6.4℃ ↓1.1℃ 南 4.7ｍ/ｓ 湿度 79％
と言っても、あまりこの付近（ウチだけかも）であまり盛り上がりません。
どうしてでしょう。
かつて全国制覇した駒大苫小牧は、あんなに盛り上がったのに、
不思議です。

多分、この時期にしか見ることのできない氷の色です。
The color of this ice is only this season
暖かくなって氷がゆるみ、

まるで沖縄の海の色のような、エメラルドグリーンなのです。
