展覧会の記録 - ときの忘れもの

◆WARHOL―underground america

1960年代を風靡したアングラという言葉は、「アンダーグラウンドシネマ」という映画の動向を指す言葉として使われ始めました。ハリウッドの商業映画とはまったく異なる映像美を目指したジョナス・メカスやアンディ・ウォーホルの映画をいちはやく日本に紹介したのが映画評論家の金坂健二でした。金坂は自身映像作家でもあり、また多くの写真作品も残しました。没後、忘れられつつある金坂ですが、彼の撮影したウォーホルの肖像（ポートレート）を展示するともに、著書や写真集で金坂の疾走した60〜70年代を回顧します。
